Days unfold through forest walks, waterfall hikes, shared meals, silence, laughter, journaling, drumming, humming, and deep, embodied meditation. There is time together, and time alone ā both equally sacred.
Rather than fixing or improving, we practice remembering: how to breathe fully, feel honestly, forgive lightly, and rest inside the body. The land holds us while we reconnect with pleasure, presence, and the simple joy of being alive.
